It is very important to keep your cPanel contact information up to date. Any alerts regarding to your hosting or email will be sent to you to the email address set in the contact information.
To update your contact information, login to your cPanel, then click on Update Contact Information under the Preferences section.
In the Contact Information & Preference page, update your contact email address into the following fields.
Optionally, you can define when if cPanel were to inform you.
After going through all the options, just click on the Save button to complete the steps.
